Self  Love is at the core of living the life you dream of. When you have a love for yourself it powers up your ability to fulfil your full potential as a human being. Life’s experiences becomes more peaceful and flows as your awareness of who you truly are powerfully anchors you in with your body & mind. Self love is about self mastery in mind, body and energy.

This is not regular coaching or counselling, rather it is self love coaching that assists you to take responsibility for your experience. Working together we support the whole of you in mind, body and energy to come into alignment with the real you.  In each session we will engage in a conversation that leads you to find more clarity. Tools and techniques are provided for your ongoing healing and personal growth.

This is a one on one program with Kel Green. Your custom designed coaching program may include  outside activities, meditations, breathing, writings, self-reflection and selected readings.  This is delivered in person or online virtually anywhere in the world.

Initial Consultation

On our first meeting we establish some clarity  surrounding your needs. Together we will develop a personalised self love development program that will align with your intentions, mindset and lifestyle.

5 Sessions Includes

Your five sessions  developed from your initial consultation will provide guidance and insights to create real change in your life. Additional materials will also be provided depending upon your personal requirements.
